Sanjay has worked for 17 years as a student facilitator & Teacher Educator in English Language Education. After completing his M.Phil (ELT), he worked as a lecturer at a Teacher Training Institute in Bangalore for 3 years & later as a teaching assistant/associate in University of Iowa, USA & IIM Ahmedabad. As a freelancer, he has organized several professional development workshops for teachers and corporates. His special interests include Teacher Education, Language Testing & Management Communication.
