Prowisdom Growth conducted the second series of our " Teacher Training " workshop on 12th March 2016 for the teachers of SaiShiksha Sansthan at their school in Noida, India on " Teaching with 4D ".

The event was lead by our professional contributor Beate Keydel (Business Coach) along with Puneet Raman.

The teachers valued the experience of learning wisdom through a discussion & activity based format from one of our global professional contributors, on :

The process of making a request of action;How to understand human behavior better;Understanding the human needs hierarchy in a new way;How to process Broken agreements;The value of including, appreciating, giving hope.

These ideas and exercises enabled them to view their professional challenges through a new dimension, and they were happy to have practiced the tools and processes during the workshop for the betterment of their school & students.

Prowisdom Growth was invited by Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies on 5th Feb,2016 to address their students and faculty on "Sustainable Corporate Governance" in Emerging Global Markets during their IIIrd International Conference at their campus.

Corporate Governance is more than just a regulatory compliance.

Purpose of Business is to make profit, but since the business uses the resources provided by the society, corporate governance is their duty.

Difference between outward-inward looking activities for corporate governance.

There is no "shortage" of ambition however we need to "redefine" success.

One day "great" companies will compete for not just being the best in the world, but to be the Best "for" the world.

We are proud to have gone ahead with an initiative for Saikripa: a non- profit society in Noida. The teachers were made to reflect upon their role as a leader. “Teachers are Leaders; Leaders are Teachers“. The session had the outcome on learning the following skills by experienced teachers:

Social Style and its relevance to understand people better;Image Management and its components;Drawing their lifeline and reflecting on their core values;Time Management & its benefits;How to give an effective feedback to students;Teaching like a Leader and not just as a Teacher;Body Language;Barriers to an effective communication.

Our team supported a US MNC to conduct their internal event on 2nd Feb,2016 on empowering digital knowledge & skill development for 120 employees, from the technical and business function.

Currently all employees do use social media to get information, keep themselves updated on industry trends, solve personal or professional challenges however they do not get the direction they are seeking or they do not trust the source. The organization for which these employees work, are also benefited as they get fresh thinking and an outside in perspective of the challenge on hand.

The learners (employees) experience an independent learning through such an interactive event, which is continuous, on demand, flexible, empowering and helps build their interest to learn & practise relevant new skills.

Prowisdom Growth is committed to bridge the existing gap between education & employability. Once an employee gets a job, the learning should not be limited to 2-4 trainings per year as they do not know what they need to learn, they have doubts & the knowledge to answer their doubts, at times is available outside their organization boundaries.

Students valued knowing email etiquette, how to manage their social media presence, building up their profile, networking with industry professionals, what messages get conveyed when they do not work on a specific professional & appropriate image. Prowisdom Growth conducted an interactive talk on 22nd Jan,2016 at Uttam School for Girls, Ghaziabad on "The difference between a Job & a Career" for the students of class IX - XI.

Students valued knowing why they need to develop their personality beyond studies, how can they start knowing themselves better, their interests,their strengths, enjoy being unique to differentiate themselves from their peers, they valued knowing the skills in demand by the employers, how to convert their education into a change of mindset & thought process.

The purpose of education is not to get a job, it is to learn, to apply the learning & bring a change in the one's thought process.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a seminar on 20th Jan,2016 at I.P College for Women, Delhi University on "Public Speaking & Image Management" for the students from Commerce, Political Science, Mass Communication, Economics streams.

Students valued learning about how to improve their focal point, discovered avenues for displaying an appropriate image & its components, enjoyed coming on the stage to give a speech, and shared their challenges on articulating their thoughts while communicating in front of an audience.

This workshop was designed to empower participants to exercise greater control over the impressions they create and the perceptions they influence through the elements of image-clothing, grooming, body language & business etiquette.
