Getting to know the students better.

Guided them on how to introduce themselves, find out the connect between their education & passion (difference between a hobby and passion) to stitch the most beneficial career option themselves.

Asking students to describe their hobbies and passion, is it energizing or just a past time. Can they speak on their hobbies for 4-5 minutes or it’s just a tag line.

Prowisdom Growth sponsored an event for Toastmasters Club (District Level event) organized by Toastmasters Club in Delhi NCR at Alliance Francaise, Lodhi Road, New Delhi on Oct 18th,2015.

Mr.Puneet Raman (Founder & Director of Prowisdom Growth Pvt. Ltd) shared his personal & professional experiences which lead him to create a global digital platform to bridge the existing gap between the academics and the industry. He shared the mission of the organization, the value of People, Relationship, Opportunities and the organization’s experiences in the recent past. The audience was made aware of the value proposition to empower people to progress on the path of achieving their personal & professional goals by sharing their wisdom online as well as offline through the organization’s initiatives, on a platform which establishes a sustainable connect between youth and experience. We believe in Being the Change.

Prowisdom Growth sponsored an event for Toastmasters Club (District Level event) organized by Toastmasters Club in Delhi NCR at Alliance Francaise, Lodhi Road, New Delhi on Oct 18th,2015.

In the event Toastmasters from various clubs in Delhi NCR participated in the humorous speech contest as well as Speech Evaluation Contest. The event had musical performances, stand-up comedy and rewards for eminent Toastmasters. All the participants were brilliant,it was a hard time for the judges to finalize the winner. Prowisdom Growth team was proud to be associated with this event which was full of learning, high quality and provided an equal opportunity for people to compete.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a workshop for Resume Preparation at S.G.T.B. Khalsa College, Delhi University on November,3rd,2015.

The students asked questions related to the content they need to mention in their Resume, how to customize the document for respective job openings, internship opportunities and how to showcase their skills & talent while applying for their higher studies. They were curious and motivated to learn “ SMART Goal Setting” the process and prepared their goals in a structured manner while being in the workshop. Some of the students shared their professional goals, committed themselves to act and do the follow up activity to progress on the path of achieving their goals. We valued the progressive mindset of the college faculty to provide such a platform for the students to interact with and learn from professionals & subject experts.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a workshop for Resume Preparation at S.G.T.B. Khalsa College, Delhi University on November,3rd,2015.

The students learnt “ SMART Goal Setting “ from Ms.Geetanjali Khanna, with examples for their personal & professional goals. It was an interactive, activity based session with personal stories of goal setting and where they need support once they set up their goals. Students had multiple goals, so focusing on which goals to pursue was an area of interest.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a workshop for Resume Preparation at S.G.T.B. Khalsa College, Delhi University on November,3rd,2015.

The students valued knowing the differences between a Resume and a CV from Mr.Vinit Bansal. They learnt the aspects of what the employer is looking for, the examples of a good Vs a not so good resume. The focus while preparing a profile document for higher studies as an application Vs preparing a profile document for a job application/internship application.

Prowisdom Growth conducted an academic industry interlock between the students of Commerce Department (Bharati College, Delhi University) and industry leaders & subject experts from Banking & Image Management respectively, on Oct 10th,2015. An interactive session which made the students get awareness about various jobs they can opt for in Banking and How to manage their First Impression as they step out in the real world.

The students valued meeting our professional contributors and gained knowledge about Investment Banking and Finance from Mr.Deepak Mehra ( Head Asset Management at Commercial Bank of Dubai & Author “Ready,Steady,Go” and an awareness about managing their First Impression in the professional arena from Ms.Geetanjali Khanna (Image Consultant & Certified Trainer). The students understood the objective and impact of a Bank for the growth of a country’s economy and the services which it offers to consumers & corporates. They were able to appreciate the role a Bank plays, and were able to connect the dots to enable in achieving their aspiration to work in a Bank.

Prowisdom Growth conducted an industry academic interlock between the students of Business Economics (S.G.T.B Khalsa College, Delhi University) and industry leaders & subject experts from Banking & Image Management respectively on Oct 9th,2015. It was an interactive session where the students got answers to all their queries, doubts and concerns.

The students valued meeting our professional contributors and gained knowledge about Investment Banking and Finance from Mr.Deepak Mehra( Head Asset Management at Commercial Bank of Dubai & Author “ Ready,Steady,Go” and an awareness about the value of Image Management in the professional arena from Ms.Geetanjali Khanna ( Image Consultant & Certified Trainer). The students got clarity from an industry perspective on content which they read and study like Sub Prime Crisis, Eurozone crisis (Spain, Greece), slowdown of Chinese Economy, clarity between various financial courses (CFA, CFP, Technical Analyst) and the difference between Investment Banking & Investment Management.

Prowisdom Growth participated in an event organized by WAC at Shah Auditorium, New Delhi on July 30th,2015.

In the event students from multiple engineering colleges across North India, came to Delhi to attend workshops and one key seminar. Prowisdom Growth conducted a workshop on July 28th and July 29th for “ Preparing for your Job Ahead ” covering topics of student’s interest. The workshop was lead by Mr. Puneet Raman. During the seminar at Shah Auditorium, Mr. Puneet Raman gave an inspirational talk to the engineering students at Shah Auditorium on the skills valued by employers, the need to be a part of value centre and not cost centre in a company, the value of innovation, the need of creating jobs through self- employment, entrepreneurship, of not following a consumption mind set but a creator mind set for the engineers of our country. He shared his life journey as an example to share the lessons learnt, the values which matter in the long run for success and achievement in any sphere of life.

Prowisdom Growth participated in the career fair at Sanskriti School, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi on Oct 6th,2015.

Teachers shared their feedback on the challenges & the stress the students face at senior secondary level where they have to focus on learning, scoring good marks, preparing for their higher studies alongside completing their course content, yet valued our intent to add value to their students in knowing the challenges and situations from the real word perspective. They felt the need to engage the energy of the students through a hybrid model (online + offline) would be suitable in the current world of being always connected online. They gave valuable suggestions on the key topics of student interest which we can incorporate into our programs, workshops, seminars and online activities.

Prowisdom Growth participated in the career fair at Sanskriti School, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi on Oct 6th,2015.

Students enquired about the various programs we run on building their skills as well as for creating an awareness about industry connect to them. They valued knowing the opportunity to get their projects validated by industry professionals as well as a chance to work on projects given to them by industry professionals which would help them to transfer their theoretical knowledge into a practical experience.
