Prowisdom Growth concluded a 03 week Mentored Research Project for 10 students from IIM Rohtak at a MNC's office in Delhi, on 9th Aug, 2016.

The students valued " learning by doing " working on Primary Research, Rural Marketing, Building trust, Learnt to ask the right question, Market Potential Analysis, Effective Communication in rural market, Data Insights & Clarity on how to connect Primary & Secondary Research.

We appreciate the students of IIM Rohtak for being progressive in allowing themselves to unlearn as well as learn Marketing, through a demanding project.

The students learnt that coming to the stage is not so difficult, they need to become independent in their lives beyond their parental support.

The students valued knowing that failure is not fatal from the life journey of our professional contributor, the value of speaking up, making a confident choice for their career through S.M.A.R.T goal setting, taking action on their decisions through D.A.R.E, understanding where do they spend their 1440 minutes in a day : thoughts : conversations : action , what are they learning from their friends : good or bad habits, the need to RESPECT WOMEN at home first to build a better society & a city they enjoy living in.

The students valued knowing skills to improve Time Management, where do they spend their 1440 minutes in a day : thoughts : conversations : action , how to manage distractions, saying "No", what are they learning from their friends : good or bad habits, focus, setting a goal, 4 quadrants of Time Management.

Our student mentor shared her life experiences with the students to build their confidence on speaking up & how she built her confidence by trying, participating in school activities and taking up new challenges to grow as a student.

Prowisdom Growth concluded a one month Mentored Research Project for our 12 subscribers at a Reliance Communications on 2nd July, 2016.

The students valued working with an industry mentor on this project, learnt new skills to develop their confidence, represent a brand, practiced team work, overcome challenges, did not give up after facing initial obstacles, image management, market research & effective communication skills.

The students learnt the value of First Impression, the 4 components of Image Management, the 4 levels of dressing and the message it conveys, why is Image Management crucial for professional and personal success, Importance of setting effective goals in life, how to set effective goals, 4 elements of the Law of Effectiveness : Clarity, Honesty, Ownership, Commitment ; Body Language awareness and practice (smile, handshake, eye contact, facial expression, non verbal gestures), How Body Language can be used to display confidence and how you can judge the other person better through their body language.

Students enjoyed the workshop and we learnt a bit about student psychology and their challenges & aspirations.

The students were glad to know that scoring high marks are important, however skills are more important for getting sustainable success and managing through failure in life.

The students enjoyed learning how to overcome fear by the experience sharing of our professional contributors, how to accept failure as a stepping stone to success, how to develop self confidence, the importance of taking action after deciding their goals, elements of Image Management and non verbal communication (Body Language).
