Prowisdom Growth began the Entrepreneurship Skill Development campaign on 26th March, 2019 at Gulzar Group of Institutions, Khanna, Ludhiana.

The students learnt the skills essential to start, to build a team, brain storming to generate solutions to problems they wish to solve through their idea/business, the value of diversity in a team, the 9 components of a Business Model Canvas, basics of communication skills & the practice of asking Questions when under a doubt, speaking up their point of view in a public form to build up their voice in the raw pitch round.

The startups were in the Technical, Agriculture, Health & Wellness, Education, Social Impact sector, working to improve the existing ways of service, solving problems with modern technology, filling in the service gaps of time & convenience, solutions for under-served B2B segments.

The Entrepreneurs & their teams were focused, driven, were convinced on completing the journey despite their current challenges, listened to the suggestions, committed a response in a month, were willing to be mentored for skills they want to develop for their Enterprise growth.

Glad to meet with them today & to showcase a select few, who were clear on their goals, than the rest. We would help them to grow.

Prowisdom Growth conducted an Entrepreneurship Skill awareness Program on 23th Feb,2019 at Global Business School & Research Centre - Dr.D.Y.Patil VidyaPeeth, Pune, Maharashtra.

The students exchanged their thoughts about the perceived limitations to begin a startup, to convince their parents & to manage peer pressure. They learnt through the experiential program about the Ideation Techniques, Active Listening, Connecting the dots to improve their solution, Idea is a solution to a Problem, defining & articulating the Problem statement & ascertaining it's potential impact, Target customers, the 9 components of a Business Model Canvas, Cost, Revenue, Value Proposition, Target customer segment & more...

Fund raising isn't the real reason, they can start small (think big), should have a clear Goal, a clear Purpose/Why, a trustworthy team, & last but not the least their own commitment to their self development through this choice of Entrepreneurship, as this would build life skills for them.

Prowisdom Growth conducted an Entrepreneurship Skill awareness Program along with a B-Plan Competition on 13th Feb, 2019 at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, Punjab.

The students presented their thoughts & plans to take up Entrepreneurship as a career choice basis the insights received on how difficult/easy the path is going to be, the 9 components of a Business Model, the importance of "Why" towards their Business Idea, Customer focus & improving their plan towards sustainable business from the inputs, questions, suggestions, ideas & feedback from the audience.

Integrated Food distribution, Micro-groceries, Vehicle support, marketing support, Scaling up Family Business, Technical Education, and Health support were a few themes to begin with.

Puneet Raman represented Prowisdom Growth Private Limited, as a Jury Member for the C2P C.A.S.E Grant Competition (Social Entrepreneurship) on 10th Feb, 2019 at SRCC, Delhi University.

08 Teams from colleges across India, presented their achievements and social Entrepreneurial initiatives, on solving the problems of: Food insecurity, empowering rural women, employing visually challenged, empowering underprivileged communities, counseling to students at school level, uplifting the Delhi calligrapher brigade, supplementing the income of Farmers, promoting digital literacy in rural areas.

The event was well organized & executed by Enactus SRCC. Kudos... Enactus Ramjas won the competition with a demonstrated effort on Innovation, Scalability, Feasibility, Social Impact, Presentation & answering to the Jury Questions.

The students learnt through an experiential learning program about how to search for the Purpose of their Life (what they love, what they are good at, what they can be paid for, what the world needs), relating it clearly to their role models & what they can excel at instead of being an average.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a Computer Literacy Skill Development Program on 20th Nov 2018 at Jasmer Singh Jaijee College, Sangrur, Punjab.

The session was conducted by one of our partner company Pushp Infotech. The students learnt by experience the key insights about Computers & Internet, including answers to their queries. They understood the basics of MS Office (Ms-Word, Excel, PPT). They learnt the use of third party app while downloading relevant content from YouTube, TED.

They learnt about the use of social media channels in an efficient & effective manner, the importance of an email account & its use in an official communication. They started using Prowisdom.in for Blog writing, Industry & Skill Insights, Watching specific Videos for improving their skills to become ready for life beyond college.
