The students valued knowing the employer perspective for the questions asked during an interview, knowing themselves better beyond the facts, reflected on their core values, key strengths, key differentiator, the 4 components of an Image, Improving their Communication Skills through the correct tone of voice & demonstrating a professional Body Language.

They learnt how to create a positive First Impression, the 4 levels of Dressing, the basics of eye contact : Social gaze & Power gaze, the Impact of "Body Image & Self Image" on Self-Confidence, How to communicate better through their Resume with Infographics, How to win trust through Body Language & leveraging LinkedIn as an aspiring professional.

Prowisdom Growth conducted skill development sessions on 18th August,2017 at Arya P.G.College, Panipat for the students pursuing Bachelors in Commerce.

The students valued learning the basics of Public Speaking, How to overcome the fear of Public Speaking, the 10 skills valued by the employers, How to win trust through Body Language,What is First Impression & an Image.

They practiced the Power Pose, analyzed the impact of non-verbal communication, the crucial role of " Body Image & Self Image " in the development level of self leading to achievement of goals, the 4 components of an Image, the need for a student to write down their medium term & long term goals,the need to search for a Purpose of their Life if they really want to make their life count.

Prowisdom Growth conducted an academia-industry meetup on 16th Aug,2017 at Cluster Innovation Centre, University of Delhi, for the engineering students to develop an awareness of the role of IT & Innovation in the telecom industry.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a skill development program on 10th August,2017 at NMIT - Bengaluru, for the engineering students (C.S & Mechanical stream) to help them in " Becoming Job Ready "

The students reflected where they spend time,how much time they spend in Thoughts : Conversation : Action, the need to write down their personal & professional goals,how goal setting improves time management, the 4 quadrants of Time Management, focusing on "Important Not Urgent" activities to build skills, the value of Active Listening & the barriers to listening, the need to work as a team in a classroom to co-create learning & results as against unhealthy competition & peer pressure.

Prowisdom Growth concluded a 01 month Internship at Reliance Communications, for our 07 subscribers across multiple colleges from D.U on 3rd Aug,2017.

The students valued the opportunity to work with an Industry mentor, improved their communication skills, experienced corporate work culture, worked on their body language & Image, learnt the basics of Selling : building trust & adding value, got an exposure to the telecom industry : opportunities & challenges, understood customer expectations, B2B buying process, developed patience & learnt to manage rejections as a part of the journey while focusing on activities in their control.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a workshop on 17th July,2017 at Lotus Valley International School, Gurgaon on "Time Management & Goal Setting".

They wrote down their Long Term Strategic Goals (Career, Education, Personal) & the Skills they need to build to achieve their goals (Public Speaking, Listening, Leadership,Communication), drew the life they want to live in 10 years.

The students edited their profile during the interaction & valued learning how to build a personal brand by paying attention to their professional profile.

They learnt about an appropriate profile pic, custom URL, craft a headline, summary, need to express themselves by writing blogs, how to initiate a conversation, adding value to their network, communicating after accepting a request to connect, the power of recommendations, endorsements for skills, networking through relevant groups, following their role models, Companies & Thought Leaders, showcasing their accomplishments & building on relationships.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a skill development session on 28th June,2017 for our student interns, pursuing their internship at Reliance Communications.

02 students were presented with a book " Ready Steady Go " authored by Deepak Mehra for their professional conduct in the first 8 days of this internship.

The college students valued learning from an industry perspective on professional communication skills, area coverage tactics & strategy for conducting an effective market research, how to develop trust through body language, how to represent a brand, the professional handshake & eye contact.
