The students & teachers, valued knowing the Impact of Body Language in communicating with people, they accepted that they need to demonstrate positive body language & observe what's not being said in a communication.

They learnt about the different body postures & their meaning to an audience, the importance of Tone of Voice as a communicator. New ways of engaging the students through innovative icebreakers.

The students valued learning good habits as a global citizen including the most valuable " Active Listening ". Students shared their point of view on the importance of moral values. They learnt through an example, the difference between “Equality and Equity”.

The students realized that if one is not good in one sphere of life, it doesn’t mean they are not capable of leading a happy & successful life.

"Your daily behavior broadcasts your truest beliefs". Prowisdom Growth conducted a skill awareness session for the students at St.Joseph International School, Tohana, Haryana on 22nd May, 2018.

The students played a few games to understand the message, that the following skills need to be learnt & practiced enough to make them a part of their active lifestyle. 1. Value of Team work and listening skills 2. Benefits of writing down their goals 3. How to choose a career through Purpose 4. Speaking up & voicing their point of view 5. Building a vision on potential, beyond the visible dots or weaknesses. Being Intelligent is way beyond just scoring high marks.

Yes, they need to score good marks but basis an understanding of the subject, context and how to think rather than how to memorize content.

Essential Life Skills through a structured Skill Development Program

Prowidom Growth concluded its skill development engagement at NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore on 18th May, 2018 with a final session for Civil Engineering students to enhance their Job Readiness.

“Life doesn’t get Easier, you just get Stronger”. Prowisdom Growth conducted a skill development session on 15th May, 2018 at St. Joseph International School, Tohana for class XIth & XIIth.

The students learnt that in today's world a student should build a complete personality where an academic score is one part of it. The students valued analyzing each activity as a part of an experiential learning program.

Through the activity “Pass the ball” they learnt the importance of collaboration & teamwork in one’s life. Through the speaker's mannerisms they learnt Etiquette, How to shake hands, Positive Body language & Image Management essentials.

They learnt how to build their listening skills through an exercise of "Onion Ring ". They agreed to the fact that respect can be only earned & not demanded, you should always respect a wise mind, irrespective of their ages.

Nobody is too busy, it's just a matter of priorities." Prowisdom Growth conducted a skill development Program on 27th April 2018 at Adarsh Public School, Tohana, Haryana for senior school students.

To develop basic leadership skills, the students valued learning the first good habit of effective "Time Management ". They shouldn't say, I don't have time for what I want to do. Some of the students shared their academic and career goals.

They learnt how to measure, analyze and commit time to what matters to them in the long term, medium term and short term. Each action they do or choose not to do, has a consequence for which they need to become accountable to their own self.

Empowering School Students to perform better through Time Management

It was the month of January 2018, when everyone in my class was getting placed for summer internship at different companies while I didn’t want to do internship for a company. I wanted to start my own company in 90 days (3 months). I started my journey with Prowisdom Growth.

Prowisdom.in helped in ways that can’t be articulated. We made a strategy and planned the whole journey step-by-step. They helped me in constructing the market research instrument and conducting the surveys. Prowisdom acted like a helping hand and a friend who I never had.

From studying the market till financing and negotiating different deals, Prowisdom was there to help. We would talk for hours at office, home and park and figure out next best step. Yes, there were problem, troubles and hurdles but no entrepreneurial journey is a cake walk. Through Prowisdom, I got to meet Corporate Leaders to Academic Leaders, these professionals further helped in the effective comprehension of the actual situation and how to go further.

So, I would suggest Entrepreneurs to not fight your fights alone. Get help, and success will follow. When we have someone, who could walk through hell with us, there are definitely better chances to win and succeed faster.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a skill development session on 12th Dec,2017 for Jagannath International School, Delhi.

The students learnt the basics of Body Language to communicate trust and develop a better understanding about People : Haptics (study of Touch as non-verbal communication, Handshake, the correct use of Palm to convey Trust, Power, Dominance. Understanding Kinesics (facial expression) & Eye Contact (Social Gaze, Power Gaze) w.r.t global culture.

They loved to practice the components to improve their verbal communication through Tone of Voice, Pause, Volume, Pitch, Rate of Speech & Word Stress. They studied and reflected on gestures & postures which convey Defensiveness, Frustration, Confidence, Deception, Dominance & Mirroring to relate better with people.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a Computer Literacy Program on 16th Dec,2017 at Arya P.G.College, Panipat as a part of our sustainable skill development program for the college.

The students learnt through practice the shortcuts & basics of improving their skills & speed in using Microsoft Excel, PPT including a detailed practice of applying VLOOKUP in Excel to look up a value you want to find.

Integrating video files and improving their presentation skills through technology was relevant for them to practice & improve from their existing level of proficiency respectively, as they graduate in 2018 to move into the corporate work environment.

prowisdomgrowth "Our Aspirations are our Possibilities". Prowisdom Growth conducted a skill development session on 29th Dec,2017 for Jagannath International School, Delhi.

The students learnt the basics of Public Speaking & the Art of Story Telling by sharing interesting anecdotes about their life experiences & about the people who matter to them. They practiced communicating about themselves, their goals, learnt extempore speech techniques & active listening skills. During a Group Discussion, it was noticed multiple times that managing their focus & attention (active listening) was a major area of improvement.

During the interview session, they answered to questions they may be asked for their higher education selection process or during a leadership role selection at school. Being true to themselves helps, while communicating & connecting with people. Setting up a network of resources for themselves as they move forward was a lesson learnt.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a English Language Proficiency Skill Development Program on 23rd Dec,2017 at Arya P.G.College, Panipat as a part of our sustainable skill development program for the college.

The students learnt through practice the 4 components of a language : Reading, Listening, Speaking & Writing.

Listening activity was fun when they got an opportunity to learn by listening to songs, a different activity and learning outcome each time it was played to them. Fantastic experience & wish learning a language becomes fun beyond just scoring marks.

The students valued the habit they formed in the last 2 months of regularly reading a new book, the value of reading aloud to themselves & of reading tongue twisters to improve their pronunciation. Writing regular blogs is a habit they've started to enjoy.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a B-Plan Pitching Competition on 3rd Jan,2018 at Delhi with the purpose of bringing the 3 key stakeholders (Schools.Colleges.Companies) of our life on one platform. The event encouraged the students from colleges & schools to learn, understand & take up entrepreneurship, as a career choice.

The eminent Jury Members from the Industry, added tremendous value with their observations, questions, suggestions & personal experience sharing with the audience which had students from colleges & schools to showcase their skills.

Congratulations to all the participants, as they took the 1st step & shared interesting B-Plans along with much needed & relevant social entrepreneurship plans as well.

The winners : IIM Kashipur, the 1st runner up : Enactus Ramjas from Delhi University & the 2nd runner up : GLS University from Gujarat.

The B-Plan Pitching Competition held at YMCA Delhi on 3rd Jan 2018, started with a pitch on curated dining experience, followed by empowering transgenders leading to many more innovative & socially relevant business plans. Multiple teams pitched their B-Plans with thorough market research, proof of concept, diverse team skills, passion & determination to make a positive difference.

They shared their Why (Purpose/Cause), How (solution approach to an identified problem) & What (steps they have taken, steps they need to take) with the audience and respected Jury Members.

The students valued that to become a great resource, whether as an Employee or as an Entrepreneur, they need to understand all aspects of a business and improve upon their Analytical & Decision Making Skills.

The constructive criticism was valued by the students, as much as directional inputs given to fine tune their B-Plan including the patent registration process for a couple of teams, as suggested by the Industry Mentors.

Congratulations to all the teams who participated & took away fantastic learning's from the Industry Mentors & Business Leaders.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a meetup on 9th Jan,2018 at Netcore Solutions with their Sales, Service Operations & Finance Team to empower them for a fantastic Q4-2018.

The team valued discovering themselves through their Social Style & how they can leverage it to connect better with their customers, colleagues and even family members. This technique helps build effective, strong relationships & trust, which is the foundation for business, sales & professional success.

Body Language & Image components were an additional learning for the professionals who are doing great, but can always do better for themselves and their teams. Non-verbal communication is much stronger and visible than verbal communication, in professional settings.

Networking, Influencing others & Social Selling were valued as a learning during our discussion. People buy from People, not from Companies thus connecting meaningfully with the people at the prospect/customer organization is a necessity. We need to help them achieve their goals first.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a seminar at IIM Kashipur on 9th Jan,2018 on " Personal Branding on LinkedIn & Interview skills from the employer perspective " to help the students perform to their best in the Internship & Placement selection process.

The students exchanged their respective thoughts & point of view on performing to their best during a G.D, Interview through a practice on fine tuning their articulation. They need to know themselves & the employer better to remain confident and composed during the selection process.

How to establish trust & credibility on LinkedIn was a new learning for the batch w.r.t the image they project, how to personalizing their invite, adding value to their connections, not immediately asking for a favor, communicating with industry professionals to build their network ultimately going to help them to achieve their professional goals.

Prowisdom Growth conducted a skill development seminar on 12th Jan 2018 at Cluster Innovation Centre, Delhi University for B.Tech students.

Since the students need to develop an interest in Management & Economics, they needed to understand the inter-linkage of departments with IT & Innovation.

The learning was imparted through a role play & a mock Business Plan generation including budgeting & target setting. The teams were made to lead critical business functions of HR, Production, Operations, Sales, Marketing & Finance to understand what is the role & value of each of these functions & how these functions are linked with IT.

Through the use of examples & experience sharing between peers, the students surprised themselves for their business acumen & analytical skills.

They would become great engineers if they collaborate more than competing with each other, if they communicate more often & understand how their Innovation & IT skills can add value to respective departments in a Company along with it's impact to the customer.

Empowering School Students to perform to their Best

On 6th Nov,2017 our team conducted 02 skill development programs respectively, for schools students at Jagannath International School, Delhi & for the college students at Arya P.G College, Panipat.

The school students got an awareness through a game, about the ways to set up short term goals in line with their long term goals of higher education & career. They were guided by Mr.Mandeep Singh Bachher on the avenues of studying abroad w.r.t the basic preparation, need for counselling, the expectations from the foreign universities and the process of application.

The college students learnt through practice, the basic communication skills to perform to their best during a group discussion.Half of the students participated in a G.D and the other half evaluated the G.D, observing and evaluating made them realize the learning & application of a skill, comprehensively.

Once the roles were reversed, they realized the traits they need to develop and maintain to succeed in a group discussion at any stage of their academic and professional life.

Prowisdom Growth conducted skill development sessions on 21st Nov and 24rth Nov,2017 as part of our sustainable skill building series for Jagannath International School, Delhi.

On 21st Nov, the students learnt the basics of building a complete personality : Body Language, the 4 Components of an Image, Trust is built on First Impressions, the 6 Developmental Levels of the Self Leading to the Achievement of Goals, Focus on accepting their Body Image as step 1, Mehrabian's rule on learning the Importance of Non-Verbal Communication, the science of Proxemics & how to leverage it to their benefit.

On 24rth Nov, the students learnt the basics of the 7 Habits Tree (Roots Stem Branches & Higher Perspective), the meaning of each habit and how to inculcate each into their daily lives through examples and anecdotes. They wrote the changes they would do on the 4 aspects of Sharpening their Skills (Body Mind Heart Soul).

Once they learn the 3 base habits effectively, they can achieve their personal & professional goals by building up the other 4 habits.
